The Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in childcare. This program is designed to give apprentices the ability to work in early years settings, from nurseries and schools to childminding services and more. Qualifications:

At the end of the programme successful apprentices will be awarded the NCFE NVQ level 3 Diploma Children’s Learning and Development.

Entry requirements:

Apprentices must have reached Entry Level 3 in English and maths to enter the programme. Apprentices who do not already have Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their End Point Assessment.

Our programme:

The programme includes the support required to help the Apprentice develop understanding and competence to Level 2 in English and maths.

The Employer is required to support the Apprentice and to allow them time, in working hours to study and develop their knowledge, skills and behaviour off the job as well as on the job.

The programme is typically 18 months duration.
