Specialist Customer Service Standard ST0071 Level 3

This Specialist Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard is an amazing option for those wishing to get into customer service and develop a skill set suited to working in customer service, it can also be a great opportunity for people already working in the customer service industry to gain a qualification and upskill while staying employed.

Current and relevant customer service experience is brought into focus as this programme develops your knowledge, skills and behaviours to improve your skills and experience with customers and support for colleagues in such a role and gives you qualifications which are highly regarded by employers. 

The programme includes a mini project and end point interview which are of vital importance to your role and benefits the Company for whom you work too. You will need to keep a journal of your development and learning on a monthly basis and your discussions with the tutor and Assessor (who will visit you at work) will be recorded. Also notes made by the Assessor will be used in your End Point Assessment dossier.

Qualifications:

At the end of the programme successful apprentices will be awarded the Pearson NVQ Diploma level 3 in Customer Service.

 

Entry requirements:

Organisations will set their own entry criteria and are more likely to select individuals with more advanced inter- personal skills, experience of working with customers in some capacity. You must achieve level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end point assessment.

Our programme:

The programme includes the support required to help the Apprentice develop understanding and competence to Level 2 in English and maths. The Employer is required to support the Apprentice and to allow them time, in working hours to study and develop their knowledge, skills and behaviour off the job as well as on the job.

 

The programme is typically 15 months duration.
